A Vineland man has been missing more than three weeks.
Nazier Gaskins was last seen Oct. 15, just four days before his 22nd birthday, his mother said.
“This is not like him at all,” she said of his disappearance.
He has an injury to his right foot, and is unable to walk long distances, she said.
Gaskins is 5-foot-7 and weighs about 130 pounds.
