Five people were arrested in Atlantic City after residents complained about drug deals.
Detectives watching the area of South Carolina and Baltic avenues Wednesday saw Carlton and Angelita Neil in a drug deal with Omar Law, Lt. Kevin Fair said.
Law, 20, of Atlantic City, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession with intent to distribute. Carlton Neil, 57, of Pleasantville, and Angelita Neil, 53, of Egg Harbor Township, were charged with possession.
A short time later, Sandra Leggette was seen buying heroin from Terrance Johnson, according to the report. Both were arrested and found with heroin.
Johnson, 64, of Atlantic City, was charged with possession and possession with intent to distribute.
Leggette, 54, of Atlantic City, was charged with possession.
All five were released on summonses.
