An Ohio man is in the Cumberland County Jail on a murder charge.
Daryl Wallace, 30, is accused of killing a man June 24 at the Carlton House Apartment Complex in Millville, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said.
When police arrived, 28-year-old Dominick Hull was found lying in the parking lot with a gunshot wound to his head.
He was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where he died about a week later.
Wallace was arrested in Phoenix, Arizona, on Aug. 12, and extradited last week, Webb-McRae said.
Surveillance footage from the complex shows Darryl Wallace approach a group of individuals and firing several shots at
them, hitting Hull, according to the state's case.
He is now jailed awaiting pretrial detention.
