Police are at the scene of a motor vehicle crash on the Black Horse Pike.
The road was closed between Cologne Avenue and Route 50, police said.
The crash happened before 6 p.m. at Pinehurst Drive.
A tractor-trailer was seen on fire. The vehicle was traveling south toward Cologne Avenue, a witness told BreakingAC.
Police on the scene said the driver and his dog made it out of the truck, the witness said.
