An Atlantic City woman was arrested for stealing packages from several front porches, police said.
Louis Brown had an unopened package that did not belong to her when she was stopped by Detective Fariyd Holmes at 12:36 p.m. Wednesday, Lt. Kevin Fair said.
Holmes recognized Brown from the suspect’s description, which he had recently sent in a flyer sent to all officers, according to the report.
Brown, 53, also had several active warrants, Fair said.
She was taken into custody without incident.
Brown was issued summonses for three counts of theft by unlawful taking and released.
