A Vineland teen wanted in a fatal shooting outside a Wawa was arrested in New York state this week.
A warrant was announced for the alleged shooters' arrest five days later.
Shaqwil Marlow, 19, is accused of shooting Rivera from inside the store, according to the charges. He faces four counts, including murder and weapons offenses.
The shooting also caused more than $2,000 worth of damage to the store, the charges claim.
He was arrested early Wednesday in Niagra County, N.Y., by members of the U.S. Marshal’s NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force, Atlantic City division, along with the New York division, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae announced.
Marlow is currently in the Niagra County Jail awaiting extradition to Cumberland County.
The investigation is ongoing.
Rivera leaves behind four children and a fiancee.
