Three Pleasantville residents were arrested Monday with alleged heroin and crack cocaine in Pleasantville.
Sgt. Ryan VanSyckle, K-9 Officer Jeffery Vanegas and Officer Matthew Stricker were working surveillance in the first block of North Main Street at about 3:15 p.m., when they saw three people who appeared to be making a drug deal, Capt. Stacey Schlachter said.
Angela Tippet, 39; Kamaris Robinson, 19, and Charles Key, 54, were arrested without incident.
Police seized 114 individual wax paper folds containing suspected heroin and 10 grams of suspected crack cocaine, Schlachter said.
Police also seized $505 believed to be proceeds from drug sales.
All three were charged with various drug offenses, including possession with intent to distribute within a school zone and obstruction. They were released on summonses pending court hearings.
