An Atlantic City man was arrested for the second time in less than two weeks for allegedly dealing drugs in the area.
Nathaniel Seldon, 34, was arrested before dawn Sunday after police saw him sell a woman drugs, according to the report.
Sgt. Jefferson Rivera and Officers Nikolas Cardani, Anthony Nastasi and Zayon Pitts were conducting surveillance around the first block of South Bellevue Avenue at about 12:40 a.m., when they observed Seldon and Dawn Gonzalez in a drug deal, Sgt. Paul Aristizabal said.
Gonzalez then got into a car parked nearby and left, Aristizabal said. A description of the vehicle was put out to patrol units.
Officer Jesse Oliver-Logan stopped the vehicle at Georgia and Pacific avenues.
He found Gonzalez with about 2 grams of suspected crack cocaine and two glass pipes commonly used to smoke drugs, Aristizabal said. She was taken into custody without incident.
Seldon was later located by Officer Williams Luengas-Gonzalez and also taken into custody without incident.
He was found with about 15 grams of suspected crack cocaine.
He is now charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession with intent to distribute, possession of with intent to distribute in a school zone and dispensing drugs.
Seldon was released on a summons both times.
Gonzalez, 42, also of Atlantic City, was charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She also was released on a summons.
