Vineland teen arrested in Millville killing

A Vineland teen is jailed in the killing of a Millville man shot inside a parked vehicle.

Mark Hoffman, 20, was found dead in the parking lot of the Rieck Elementary School at about 5 a.m. Monday.

An investigation led to the arrest of 18-year-old Emmanuel B. Doivilus on Wednesday in the 700 block of Garden Road. Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae announced.

He is charged with murder, aggravated assault and weapons offenses.

Doivilus is in the Cumberland County jail pending a detention hearing.

A motive for the killing was not released.

The investigation is ongoing.
