A Mays Landing man wanted in the killing of a man in Egg Harbor Township last year has been arrested.
Isaiah Toulson, now 39, is accused of fatally shooting Charles Wynn in the parking lot of a warehouse at 6805 Delilah Road at about 4 a.m. Aug. 19.
He was charged in December, and has been a fugitive since.
A grand jury indicted him in January.
Details about Toulson's capture were not immediately available, but BreakingAC has learned the U.S. Marshal's Service was involved.
Wynn had been out of jail only three months at the time of his death.
He was working at the warehouse, and was apparently on a regularly scheduled break, according to the affidavit of probable cause obtained by BreakingAC.
Surveillance footage shows a dark sedan pull into a dirt road next to the warehouse parking lot, and then drive away minutes before the shooting, the affidavit states.
Wynn exits the warehouse at 4 a.m., and is seen sitting alone in the front seat of his vehicle, with the door ajar.
At 4:06 a.m., Toulson is seen running from the wooded area to Wynn's vehicle. He then opened the front door and shot Wynn, according to the report.
The autopsy said Wynn died of multiple gunshot wounds.
Toulson left a fingerprint on the window, the affidavit claims. He then fled on an electric bicycle.
His phone showed that, before the killing, he entered Wynn's work schedule, which included that he took regular breaks at 1 and 4 a.m., the affidavit states.
Toulson also received a text message that night from an undisclosed individual stating, "Just hit him."
Toulson is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a detention hearing.
