An Atlantic City man was wounded in a shooting Saturday night.
Police were called to the area of Sovereign and Sunset avenues at about 7:40 p.m., for a report of a shooting, Sgt. Paul Aristizabal said.
Police found evidence of gunfire but no victim, according to the report.
Moments later, a 33-year-old man came into the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's emergency room with a gunshot wound, Aristizabal said.
His wound was not considered life-threatening.
