A Mays Landing man who admitted to possession of drug with intent to distribute was release pending sentencing Thursday.
Juan Rodriguez-Gomez, 40, faces three years in state prison under the plea agreement.
Police searched Rodriguez-Gomez's car as part of an investigation that included the search of a home in Mays Landing, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
Investigators found 29 grams of crack cocaine, five grams of crystal methamphetamine, numerous Oxycodone pills and a digital scale, according to the charges.
Rodriguez-Gomez pleaded before Superior Court Judge Dorothy Garrabrant, who then granted his release despite the state's objection.
He is scheduled for sentencing Feb. 8.
