A two-month investigation by the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office led to the arrest of a Delaware men.
Jeffry Mirto, 40, is charged with second-degree possession of child pornography.
The investigation was sparked by a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding the uploading of suspected child pornography.
An investigation by the High Tech Crimes and Major Crimes units led to Mirto being charged Wednesday.
He was initially lodged in the Cumberland County Jail but was released pending a grand jury.
