The sons of a Mays Landing man jailed for allegedly dealing methamphetamine out of his home are now charged as well.
Further investigation led to charges against his sons, Thomas Collet II, 24, and Brandon, 20, on Friday, Hamilton Township police said in a release.
The younger Thomas Collet is jailed on similar charges as his father faces, including maintaining a drug production facility, possession with intent to distribute Xanax, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. He faces an additional charge of tampering with evidence.
Brandon Collet was charged with two counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance, and released on a summons.
Meanwhile, the elder Thomas Collet remains in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a detention hearing that is now set for Tuesday after two postponements — one by the prosecution and one by his defense attorney, Lou Barbone.
