An Atlantic City man is jailed for allegedly shooting at a man and woman during a dispute in November.
Thaddeus Cunningham, 41, was wanted in the Nov. 27 incident, that happened in the 1300 block of Adriatic Avenue, Lt. Kevin Fair said.
Cunningham and the man got into a dispute, when Cunningham got a handgun and fired at the couple as they drove away, according to the charges.
The vehicle was struck.
An investigation led to charges against Cunningham, who was spotted driving on Route 30, Fair said.
Officer La'Tray Butcher recognized Cunnigham, who was arrested.
He is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, along with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
