Absecon man gets 15 months for driving after DUI suspensions

  • Crime-Courts

An Absecon man convicted of driving after his license was suspended for prior driving under the influence incidents was sentenced to prison Wednesday.

Thomas Fox III, was pulled over Feb. 14, 2018, by Galloway Township police on Route 50.

He was not able to produce a valid driver's license at that time. A record look up found Fox's license had been suspended due to at least two prior DUIs.

A jury convicted him in April on two counts of fourth-degree driving during license suspension for prior DUIs.

Superior Court Judge Dorothy Incarvito-Garrabrant sentenced him to two concurrent concurrent 15-month sentences, and he was taken into custody.

Fox must serve at least 180 days before he is eligible for parole.
