Five lieutenants became captains Wednesday, as Atlantic City celebrated their promotions.
Today, a promotion ceremony was held at the Atlantic County Office Building.
Mayor Marty Small administered the oath of office in the Atlantic County Office Building.
The new captains will be assigned to various command level positions within the department.
The promoted are Kevin Fair, Henry White III, Dean Dooley, Donnell Holland and Mark Benjamin.
