A Pleasantville man’s shooting has been ruled a homicide, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said.
Pleasantville police were called to the 100 block of North First Street at 6:21 p.m. Friday for a reported shooting, Tyner said. The ShotSpotter audio-gunshot detection system also sent out an alert.
Nathan Adcock was found in the area, and taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus, where he was pronounced dead.
A vigil was held for Adcock on Saturday night.
