Pleasantville police have confirmed they are investigating an incident where two children were possibly victims.
Police are releasing little information about the case due to the sensitive nature and involvement of other agencies. The allegations claim an 11-year-old and 13-year-old are the victims, police said.
A posting making the rounds on social media has targeted a man, but police say there is no information being released on any suspect at this time.
Law enforcement warns that the release of certain information during ongoing investigations can, in some cases, impede the investigation.
