An Atlantic City man has been identified as the victim of a fatal shooting Sunday night.
Kevin Couplin, 24, was shot in the area of Vermont Plaza just before 10 p.m., acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Diane Ruberton said.
The office's Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
Couplin's Facebook page was quickly filled with posts from friends and family in disbelief about the death.
