Atlantic City police are investigating a shooting that wounded a 20-year-old Pleasantville man.
The ShotSpotter gunshot audio-detection system alerted police to the 300 block of North Virginia Avenue at about 8:45 p.m.
Quaheim Garner suffered a gunshot wound to the leg, and was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus. The injury was not considered life-threatening.
A witness told Breaking AC that three males were seen running through the parking lot of the Meadows. The wounded man was found in a front yard on Mediterranean Avenue.
ShotSpotter registered at least 10 rounds. One neighbor said he counted eight shots.
