A man was shot in Atlantic City just before 9 p.m., police said.
The victim was found at 32 Anchorage Court.
Jasper Bell, 32, died on the way to the hospital, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said.
An autopsy determined Bell died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit is leading the investigation with help from Atlantic City police.
