An Atlantic City teen was arrested after a shots fired call Tuesday afternoon.
Officers were called to Boston and Atlantic avenues at 3:12 p.m., and found evidence of gunfire but no victim, Sgt. Kevin Fair said.
An investigation led by Detective Sterling Wheaten found the shooter on surveillance, according to the report.
The 16-year-old suspect was later found in the area of Dover and Ventnor avenues by Officer Eric Evans, Fair said.
The teen is charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
He was taken to the Harborfields Youth Detention Center in Egg Harbor City.
