A Galloway Township woman was killed in a crash late Wednesday night in Absecon.
Kaitlyn Hayes was heading south on Pitney Road at about 11:40 p.m., when she crossed into the northbound lane, striking a car driven by Suzana Kocick.
Kocick, 36, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hayes, 24, of Pleasantville, was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
The crash is under investigation by Absecon police and the Prosecutor's Office Crash Investigations Unit.
No further information was released, including whether drugs or alcohol were involved.
