An employee with the Atlantic County Office of the Superintendent of Elections is being investigated for criminal activity.
Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said search warrants were executed for the unnamed suspect's work and personal vehicles, their person and two work stations at the Atlantic County offices where they work.
The investigation is ongoing, he said.
The office is not releasing any additional information.
