Firefighters rescued a woman hanging from the fourth-floor balcony of a high-rise in an attempt to escape her burning apartment.The fire was in a fourth-floor room at the Highgate at North Pennsylvania Avenue and Absecon Boulevard.Firefighters used the aerial ladder to rescue the woman, Fire Chief Scott Evans said.This story is developing.
