Atlantic City firefighters are on the scene of fire at a vacant home.The call to 612 Hobart Ave. came in at about 7:30 a.m., Fire Chief Scott Evans said. Smoke was visible and the second-floor fire spread to the third floor.The home was boarded up, Evans said. It is considered suspicious
