A shooting in Atlantic City left one man injured early Saturday morning.
Police were called to the area of Fairmount and Sovereign avenues by a ShotSpotter notification of several rounds being fired in that area, police confirmed.
Officers arrived to find shell casings and a handgun, but no victim, according to the report.
The victim — a 31-year-old city man —was later found at Shore Medical Center in Somers Point. His injuries were not considered life-threatening.
