Atlantic City police arrested three residents and recovered a mixture of drugs including more than 1,000 bags of heroin after a three-month investigation into drug dealing Friday.
Lewis Hargrove was transporting drugs between Atlantic City and Deptford, according to information received by Detective Darrin Lorady, according to the report.
An investigation led to the search of three residences and two vehicles, Sgt. Kevin Fair said.
Police recovered 1,050 bags of heroin, 22 grams of fentanyl, three grams of cocaine, two pounds of marijuana, paraphernalia used in drug distribution and more than $5,000 in cash, Fair said.
On Friday, police arrested Hargrove and Omar Fisher, both 38, along with 30-year-old Tenisha Alexander.
Hargrove and Alexander were each charged with maintaining a drug production facility, along with conspiracy, and drug possession and distribution charges.
Fisher is charged with two counts each of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.
All three were remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
