Several homes and vehicles were damaged by gunfire in Pleasantville early Sunday morning.
It does not appear that anyone was injured, Capt. Matt Hartman said.
A ShotSpotter alert brought Pleasantville police to the 100 block of West Shadeland Avenue at about 2:16 a.m., Capt. Matt Hartman said.
The audio gunshot-detection system recorded 15 rounds.
Nearly two dozen shell casings were found in the area, Hartman said.
