Shaquana Lewis, 35, and Lewis Johnson, 31, were later arrested in Wilson Borough, Pa. They have been in the Northampton County Prison since.
But Tuesday, both were extradited to be brought back to Atlantic County to face the charges, according to prison records.
They both are now in the Atlantic County Justice Facility. After they are processed there, their first appearances and detention hearings will be scheduled.
Lewis allegedly was targeting her daughter's former boyfriend, Williams’ foster brother, according to the affidavit.
She made threats to the teen, identified as J.H., in phone messages left on his father's phone, the affidavit states.
She and Johnson then allegedly went to the home, Johnson shot the teen and then both fled. Both are charged with murder.
Johnson is also charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Lewis is additionally charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
The relationship between Lewis and Johnson is not made clear in the affidavit.
