A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on the Atlantic City Expressway just after midnight Sunday morning.
The crash happened at 12:13 a.m. in around milepost 6.2 eastbound in Egg Harbor Township, Sgt. First Class Lawrence Peele said.
A Suzuki motorcycle and a Yamaha motorcycle were involved in the crash, he said. One rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, where he was listed in serious but stable condition.
It has not yet been officially determined who was driving which motorcycle, Peele told BreakingAC.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
The areas was shutdown for several hours as a result of the investigation and clearing the scene.
No further information is being released at this time.
