Detectives are investigating the fatal shooting of a Philadelphia man in Atlantic City.
Police responded to a ShotSpotter audio gunshot-detection alert in the 1300 block of Baltic Avenue just after midnight Thursday, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Jordan Eaddy, 31, was found dead.
Eaddy was arrested in Absecon less than a week earlier. He was caught driving a vehicle reported stolen from Trenton. A Somers Point man was with him at the time.
They were both released so summonses.
Eaddy’s homicide is being investigated by the Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit with the Atlantic City police.
