Kenneth Creek is being sought.
An Atlantic City man is wanted after he and another man were charged in a fatal shooting.
Kenneth Creek and Aaron Callahan are accused of gunning down a Philadelphia man in the 1300 block of Baltic Avenue just after midnight Thursday, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
No motive for the shooting was released.
Jordan Eaddy, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene. Less than a week earlier, he was arrested in the city driving a stolen car. He was released on a summons.
Creek and Callahan are charged with conspiracy to commit murder, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
Callahan, 32, is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility awaiting a detention hearing. He was supposed to have a first appearance Monday, but was on mental health status, according to information released during court.
Creek, 47, is currently being sought. He is additionally charged with possession of a weapon by a certain person.
Creek has a criminal history that includes simple assault and drug cases, court records show. He was sentenced to five years in prison in 2000 for receiving stolen property. He also has a pending terroristic threats case from last year.
