A masked teen Mays Landing couple were found inside Hamilton Mall with bags full of stolen merchandise, police said.
Officers were called to the mall at about 2:45 a.m. Wednesday for a burglar alarm, according to the report.
A 16-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl were found wearing ski masks and holding large bags full of stolen items, police said.
They tried to run, but were caught by officers.
The stolen items were recovered.
Both were arrested and charged with resisting arrest as well as multiple counts of burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
They were released to their guardians, pending court.
Their names were not released due to their ages.
