An Atlantic City man sentenced to drug court in November on burglary charges was arrested again Monday for allegedly burglarizing an Atlantic City store Monday.
Jesus Cotto, 23, was found hiding on a roof after running from police Monday. He had items stolen from the store and burglary tools on him at the time, Sgt. Kevin Fair said.
Cotto was first arrested by Pleasantville police in April, after they linked him to five burglaries there, four of them businesses. He had an Egg Harbor Township address at the time.
He was released on an ankle bracelet, and later pleaded guilty, court records show.
He was sentenced Nov. 23 to drug court, but had missed a few scheduled court dates.

Atlantic City police found him Monday while investigating the burglary of a store in the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue
Officer Tyler Daily responded to an alarm at the store, and found the front window had been smashed and items stolen, according to the report. Daily got surveillance photos of the suspect, and sent out a description to other officers.
Sgt. Gary Holmes spotted Cotto riding his bike at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue at about 4 a.m., and thought he matched the description.
But when Holmes, Daily and Officers Daniel Kramer and Jesse Oliver-Logan tried to stop Cotto, he rode away, Fair said.
The officers chased Cotto for several blocks, according to the report. He then got off his bike and ran.
He was arrested without incident after trying to hide on the roof of a building, Fair said.
Cotto had items stolen from the store along with burglary tools, Fair said.
He is charged with burglary, criminal mischief, possession of burglary tools, obstruction of justice and resisting arrest.
He was taken to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
