Ward was indicted on two counts of aggravated sexual assault, three counts of sexual assault, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child for having sexual contact with the girl, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child for showing explicit pornographic video to the child, according to Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner.
