A Pleasantville man has been indicted on charges he forced women into prostitution.
Henry Lovest, 42, was arrested with three others in March, following a two-month investigation into prostitution, gun and drug activity at a Pleasantville hotel.
He was allegedly using two rooms in the Homestead Lodge on the Black Horse Pike.
A grand jury indicted Lovest last week on charges of promoting prostitution, possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He also was indicted for receiving stolen property for the gun, which was reported stolen.
Lovest was previously convicted of second-degree sexual assault out of Cape May County, and was sentenced to five years in prison in 2009, court records show.
