A Hudson County man was wounded in a shooting early Monday morning.
The city's audio gunshot-detection system, ShotSpotter, alerted police at 2:34 a.m. to the scene in the beach block of Tennessee Avenue, part of the Orange Loop.
Officers found the 27-year-old Union City man wounded, according to the report. He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus for treatment
The investigation is being led by the city's Violent Crimes Unit.
