Atlantic City police arrested two men during a surveillance operation Wednesday.
Vice detectives tried to stop a vehicle in the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue at about 9 p.m., after seeing a wanted man in the back seat, Sgt. Paul Aristizabal said.

Detectives saw him discard drugs as he ran, Aristizabal said.
Young was taken into custody in the beach block of St. James Place.
The detectives recovered two grams of crack cocaine and 124 folds of suspected heroin packaged for sale, Aristizabal said.
He was charged with two counts of possession, along with possession with intent to distribute, possession within 500 feet of a public park and resisting arrest.
The investigation was led by Detective Alberto Valles with help from Detectives Nick Berardis and Chris Ivanov.
The detectives also investigated the theft of a cell phone from the 1600 block of Atlantic Avenue as part of the surveillance.
They recovered the phone and the suspect within 30 minutes, Aristizabal said.
Marcus Burris, 35, of Atlantic City, also had several folds of suspected heroin, according to the report.
He was arrested without incident and charged with receiving stolen property worth more than $500 and drug possession.
The investigation was led by Detectives Chirs Dodson and Eric Evans.
