A vehicle was stolen from Longport before dawn, police said.
The blue 2021 BMW 750 was taken at about 3 a.m. Tuesday from the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue, Sgt. Ray Burgan said.
That is all the information they can release at this time, as the investigation is ongoing.
Police urge Downbeach residents to secure their vehicles and remove keys from inside.
"Leaving the keys inside an unsecured vehicle makes it incredibly easy to steal," Burgan said.
