Firefighters battled a raging fire that swept through a public storage facility in Middle Township.
The blaze broke out Wednesday morning at the Burleigh Mini Storage site on Shunpike Road near Indian Trail Road, Middle Township police said.
Police posted a message on Facebook that emergency crews are on scene and asked residents to avoid the area so that firefighters could safely extinguish the blaze.
Video and photos posted on Facebook by Dansdroneshots609 showed flames shooting in the air and clouds of thick black smoke billowing from the storage building.
The fire reportedly was brought under control by Wednesday afternoon.
