Cottman lived on the street with his family, his older brother, Rob Cottman, explained. On Saturday, Rob Cottman honored his brother and the renaming with a video commemorating the event. “I just want people to see the impact he had on the city,” Rob Cottman said. Oskii helped coach the city’s youth with his father, Demond Tally. On Sunday, Tally proudly unveiled the street sign with his son’s name. It wasn’t the first time Cottman’s memory has been honored by the city. In September, his No. 28 Atlantic City Dolphins jersey was retired. Cottman’s killer has never been charged. Anyone with information is asked to call the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit at 609-909-7666.
