A Galloway Township man admitted to gun possession and trespassing in a guns and drugs case from last year.
Information released during his first appearance in court last year indicated Torres left the scene and was found in a wooded area nearby, which apparently relates to the trespassing charge.
Two guns were connected to Torres, including a loaded 9mm Smith & Wesson that was found concealed in his sock.
He faces a five-year sentence under the terms of the plea agreement. Torres must serve at least 3½ years under the Graves Act, which covers gun crimes.
His sentencing is set for June 5.
