An Egg Harbor Township woman was killed Sunday night after a one-car crash in which her husband was driving.
Andrew Roe, 44, was driving on Route 50 near Laurel Street when he lost control for unknown reasons, and spun off the roadway, according to police.
The car struck a utility pole and a tree, before ending up in the front yard of a residence, according to the report.
Front seat passenger, Marie Roe, died at the scene. The 37-year-old woman was not wearing her seat belt at the time, police said.
Andrew Roe and the couple's juvenile daughter were both injured and taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus. Both were wearing their seat belts, according to the report.
