Convicted burglar with pending burglary charges accused again

An Atlantic City man already facing a string of burglary charges is now accused in a new burglary. James Mason was arrested at his New York Avenue home in a burglary of the Worship Surf Bar in the Showboat on Nov. 1, Sgt. Kevin Fair said. He is accused of stealing cash and causing more than $5,000 in damage to store property. Mason was most recently arrested in September.

James Mason, 50, was already a convicted burglar when he was arrested in February. Mason is now charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief. He is being held in to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
