The man convicted of killing an Atlantic County model inside her Ardmore home last year will spend the rest of his life in prison.
A jury convicted Jonathan Harris of murder, kidnapping and other crimes this week in the Aug. 22, 2018, killing of Christina Carlin Kraft, 36.
The Mainland Regional High School graduate was found dead after police responded to a call to check in on her.
An autopsy revealed she suffered a fractured nose and died of ligature strangulation.
"Justice was served," the convicted killer said before he was led from the courtroom following the verdict.
Harris went to trial after a plea agreement offered the same sentence his conviction garnered him: life.
There will be no appeal of the verdict, defense attorney Charles Peruto Jr. told BreakingAC.
Peruto noted that Harris confessed to the killing and "almost every minute of his activity is on video."
In fact, it was video of Harris and Kraft that led to his identity and ultimate arrest.
Kraft's father, Stuart, still lives in Atlantic County, where he has had residences in Ventnor and Egg Harbor Township over the years.
"The animal has been caged!" he wrote in a Facebook post after the verdict. "May you rest in peace now little girl because he will never hurt anyone ever again!"
The model who grew up in Absecon was remembered by one childhood friend as a kind person with "a great laugh."
The sentencing has not yet been scheduled.
