A Safe Surrender set for Wednesday will clear things up for those with non-violent warrants out of Atlantic and Cape May counties.
An Expungement Seminar will also be held during the event at Christ Gospel Love Center in Whitesboro, Cape May County.
Matters originating in Cape May and Atlantic counties’ municipal and superior courts can be handled from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Those with warrants in other counties will be given proof of attendance to take to those courts.
Drug/Recovery Court warrants are not eligible and could be arrested.
There will also be representatives from employment services, vocational training, the Motor Vehicle Commission, mental health and substance abuse, housing and veterans’ assistance, and the Hope One van on hand.
Attendees must bring some form of identification, such as a driver’s license, school ID or birth certificate.

An expungement seminar will help people can see if they are eligible to have their records cleared and learn how to file. This is the equivalent to Pardons in Canada, which clears your criminal record and makes life easier to navigate, including more employment options.
