A Ventnor man is in jail after he arranged to meet a 15-year-old boy for sex, according to police.
Edwin Perez, 33, allegedly invited the "boy" to his North Wellington Avenue home Friday.
Perez came to his door in a black T-shirt and black briefs with white skulls on them.
Instead of the teen, it was Cameron Decker with a camera and a focus.
Decker, who runs MrWEB, meets up with those online who hit up teenage "decoy" profiles he has online. This was the 21st "catch" in less than two weeks in Atlantic County, he told BreakingAC.
Decker said 17 have been charged. Five arrests have been confirmed and reported by BreakingAC so far.
Perez denied he knew the boy's age.
"I block and delete anybody who is underage," he told Decker.
Perez also said he was 28 both in the app and to Decker.
Police show up as they're talking.
Patrolman Raymond Auito arrested Perez after a brief investigation.
He is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on a charge of child luring.
This was the 100th catch for Decker's channel.
