A Cumberland County man was sentenced to 84 months in federal prison in case where FBI agents recovered more than 3.7 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine.
Charles Sistrunk Jr., 40, of Millville, previously pleaded guilty by videoconference before to one charge of possession with intent to distribute 500 mg or more of a substance containing methamphetamine.
The case stems from the Oct. 13, 2020, search of Sistrunk’s home, where more than 3.7 kilograms was found, according to information in the case.
Sistrunk was also sentenced to three years of supervision upon his release, and must forfeit $2,900 of proceeds seized in the search.
On Oct. 13, 2020, agents of the FBI executed a court-authorized search warrant at Sistrunk’s residence and found over 3.7 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine, or “ice.” Sistrunk admitted to possessing the methamphetamine with intent to distribute it to others.

U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger credited multiple agencies in the case, including the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office, N.J. State Police, and the Atlantic City, Pleasantville and Millville police departments.
